储存条件10毫米TrIS HCl（pH 7.6）；50 mM NaCl；0.1毫米EDTA；1毫米DTT；200μg/ml牛血清白蛋白；50%甘油。存储在-20°C。

用DN**段70%的酶进行10倍消化后的结扎可以结扎，其中90%个可以被切除。在10%的PEG结扎的情况下是更好的。
