Maspin is a non-inhibitory member of the serpin superfamily, a group of 40-60 kDa serine protease inhibitors. Maspin was discovered in 1994 and has been identified in prostate, thymus, testis, intestine, tongue, and lung. Recently Maspin received a great deal of attention due to its potential apoptotic role in cancers. Maspin expression predicts a better prognosis for several types of carcinomas including breast, prostate, colon, and oral squamus cell carcinoma. The level of Maspin is also inversely correlated to VEGF-A, an angiogenic factor. Researchers found that Maspin may play its apoptotic role as an endogenous inhibitor of histone deacetylase I (HDAC I). Therefore, Maspin is a potential personalized marker of Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinoma (NSCLC).

Recombinant human Maspin (rhMaspin) produced in E. coli is a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 375 amino acids. rhMaspin has a molecular mass of 42.1 kDa analyzed by reducing SDS-PAGE and is obtained by chromatographic techniques at GenScript.

IL－2是一种淋巴因子，可提高人体对病毒、细菌、真菌、原虫等感染的免疫应答，使细胞毒性T细胞、 自然杀伤细胞和淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞(LAK)增殖，并升高其余伤活性，进而清除体内肿瘤细胞和病毒感染细胞等，还可促进干扰素、 肿瘤坏死因子等细胞因子的分泌和抗体产生。它是机体免疫应答的核心物质，是一种免疫增强剂，具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤和增强机体免疫功能等作用。最新研究证实：IL－2与内源性脑啡肽具有共同的抗原决定簇和相似的空间结构部份，故它能竞争结合到 中枢神经系统中的阿片受体上，提高病阈，产生中枢及外周神经镇痛作用。它还可以在中枢神经系统通过某种由阿片受体介导的通路对 交感神经系统的兴奋施加抑制性影响。

1、用于肾细胞癌、黑色素瘤。乳腺癌、膀胱癌 肝癌、直肠癌、淋巴癌、肺癌等恶性肿瘤的治疗，用于癌性胸腹水的控制，也可以用于淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞的培养。 

2、用于手术、放疗及化疗后的肿瘤患者的治疗，可增强机体免疫功能。 

3、用于先天或后于免疫缺陷症的治疗，提高病人细胞免疫功能和抗感染能力。 

4、各种自身免疫病的治疗：如类风湿性关节炎、 系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征等 

5、对某些病毒性、杆菌性疾病、胞内寄生菌感染性疾病：如乙型肝炎、麻风病、肺结核、白色念珠菌感染等具有一定的治疗作用。

1、本品必须在有经验的专科医生指导下慎重使用。 

2、药瓶有裂缝、破损者不能使用。本品加生理盐水溶解后为透明液体。如通有浑浊、沉淀等现象不宜使用、药瓶开启后应一次使用完。不得多次使用。 

3、使用本品从小剂量开始。逐渐增大剂量。应严格掌握安全剂量、使用本品低剂量、长疗程可降低毒性。并且可维持抗肿瘤活性。 

4、药物过量可引起毛细血管渗漏综合征。表现为低血压末梢水肿、暂时性肾功能不全等，应立即停用，对症处理
