最佳缓冲液2K（10毫米TrIS HCl（pH为7.6°C，25°C）；10 mMgCl 2；200 mM氯化钾；1毫米DTT）。

贮藏条件为10 mM TrI HCl（pH 7.5）；200 mM氯化钾；0.1 mM EDTA；7 mM 2-巯基乙醇；200μg/ml牛血清白蛋白；50%甘油；在-20℃储存。

10倍以上消化超过90%的DN**段的结扎可以结扎和再剪除。

在50℃下，用1μgλDNA和20μA酶孵育16小时后，检测到非特异性Hyrasists无非特异性的活性。
