Description:    Mouse Adiponectin ELISA Kit

The kit contains the following components: 12x8 coated Microwells + Frame, 10x EIA (or MIX) Diluent Conc., Standard, 20x Wash Buffer Conc., Biotinylated Antibody or Standard, Streptavidin-Peroxidase Conjugate (SP Conjugate), TMB Substrate, Stop Solution.

Very toxic by inhalation, in contact with skin and if swallowed. Danger of cumulative effects. May cause sensitization by inhalation and skin contact. Irritating to eyes, respiratory system and skin.

Fire Hazard: Flash point 482 °F 250 °C

Explosion Hazard: If this material in powder form, it is capable of creating a dust explosion.

Personal Protection: Wear lab coat, government approved respirator and safety glasses

Handling and Storage: Do not get in eyes, on skin, on clothing. Avoid prolonged or repeated exposure. STORAGE: Keep tightly closed.

Health and First Aid:

  • If swallowed, wash out mouth with water provided person is conscious. Call a physician immediately.
  • If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen.
  • In case of skin contact, flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Call a physician.
  • In case of contact with eyes, flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Assure adequate flushing by separating the eyelids with fingers. Call a physician.
