The Solar.® MicroElute® DNA Clean-Up Kit is designed to purify DNA fragments from enzymatic reactions (such as labeling reactions) with a small elution volume of 10-15 µl. This method uses HiBind DNA column to recover DNA bands from 100bp to 10kb, free of oligonuclotides, nuclotides, and enzymes in yields exceeding 85%. Binding conditions are adjusted by the addition of a specially formulated buffer, and the sample is applied to a specially designed HiBind® DNA MicroElute® column. Following a rapid and wash step, DNA is eluted with as little as 10 µl deionized water or EB Buffer and ready for downstream applications.
