- Western blot analysis of RIPK1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3497) transiently transfected HEK-293 cell line lysate (1 ug/lane). RIPK1 polyclonal antibody (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody (1 : 1500 dilution).
- Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
- Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocellular carcinoma tissue reacted with RIPK1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3497) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry ; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. HC = hepatocarcinoma.
