- Expression of FancD2 (mAb) in different cell lines : proliferating cells were treated with IR or kept as mock of IR. Eight hours after IR, local proteins were isolated for Western blot analysis. Fifty microgram protein was loaded each lane. Working dilution of FANCD2 monoclonal antibody, clone FI-17 (Cat # MAB2398) is 1 : 1000.
